Bio-medical devices/sensors, oceanographic sensors, carbon based nanomaterials, hybrid materials for sensing applications.

Motivation for Joining YSF

My motivation for joining the UKSB – YSF was to promote young students/researchers and let them know of the UK-wide current scientific research. As a web/multimedia officer I can provide updates to young people in this fields which will be very useful for their career. With my experience in material science, microfluidics and sensors and my position in NIBEC, I can provide a different flavour in bio-material research which is a key in many inter-disciplinary projects.
